Together, we'll schwack through the confusing weeds of health information and discover how the top major dietary guidelines all agree on one simple fact: the more whole plant foods we consume the lower our chances of developing chronic diseases, the higher our chances of reversing any diseases, the more protective our immune systems for fighting infections, and the greater our overall health improves --all of which better our quality of life. 


For twenty years, I was morbidly obese and sick. It's an honor to share how my health conditions were reversed, how I was able to overcome addictions, insights into essential and helpful daily routines, tips for challenges when committing to making changes, recipes and food demonstrations, and really learning about all the ways whole plants heal us from the inside out.
